Dr. Ginny Dempsey
Associate Pastor for Students
Dr. Ginny Dempsey, a native Athenian, joined the Milledge Avenue staff as Associate Pastor for Students in May of 2014. Ginny earned a Bachelor of Arts from Shorter College, a Masters of Divinity from Candler School of Theology, a Masters of Teaching from Piedmont College, and a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary. In addition to school and learning, Ginny is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and can be found at Sanford Stadium many Saturdays in the fall. Ginny is blessed to have an adopted daughter from China who is a teenager and plays volleyball, basketball, and soccer. When not cheering on Anna Grace, Ginny loves to swim, watch SEC football, read, and spend time with her family and friends.
