Abrahamic Alliance Fellowship
After 9/11 three local faith communities - Al Huda Islamic Center of
Athens, Congregation Children of Israel, and Milledge Avenue Baptist
Church - joined together to build relationships and learn about each
other's faith and culture. Soon after the group began working with
Habitat for Humanity to build houses. Recently leaders in the three
faith communities sought to revive the partnership and add another
group to the mix: the Bahai Fellowship of Athens.

Kids Camp
Who: Children currently in Kindergarten through 5th grades
What: Kids Camp from 9:00am-3:00 pm
When: Tuesday-Friday, May 26-29
Where: Milledge Avenue Baptist Church, 1690 S Milledge Avenue, Athens, GA 30605
Why: To Have Fun, Make Friends, and Learn about God's Love!

Early care is available from 8-9 for $10 for the week
Late care is available from 3-5 for $20 for the week

Please don't let money be the reason your child doesn't attend camp. We will do our best to work with you.

We will join Princeton United Methodist Church and Friendship Presbyterian Church for an Easter Sunrise service at 7am in the Princeton UMC church cemetery.
Maundy Thursday Service
We will be joining with Friendship Presbyterian Church and Princeton United Methodist Church for an experiential dinner.

Children's Easter Egg Hunt
Our children's ministry Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, March 28th from 3-5 pm. There will be games, crafts, snacks, and, of course, an Easter egg hunt with prizes.
New this year We will be holding a raffle that day and first prize is a FREE week of camp!
2nd prize is $25 for the week and 3rd prize is $35 for the week. Tickets are $1 or 6 tickets for $5.

Guns to Gardens
The Table UGA is hosting a “Guns to Gardens” event where community members can anonymously donate unwanted guns to be turned into garden tools and art! This will take place on Saturday, March 28th from 12-3pm. As a thank you for donations, we will be giving out gas and grocery gift cards to donors while supplies last. Family Promise Host Week
March 22-28 is our week to host the two families living in shelter at Family Promise of Athens.
We still need additional $25 Kroger or Walmart gift cards which help families purchase food and personal hygiene items. Donated gift cards can be dropped off at the church office, placed in the donation boxes right outside of the sanctuary or mailed to MABC, P.O. Box 885 Athens, GA 30601.
Our shelter families often have other specific needs. To find out more about how you can meet these needs, please contact Wanda Culpepper.
Youth Progressive Dinner
We will join with Friendship Presbyterian Church, Oconee Street Methodist Church, and the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Athens for a Progressive Dinner. More details to come but youth should plan to stay that Sunday until late afternoon.

Shane Claiborne at The Table
The Table @ UGA is inviting Christian author, speaker, and activist Shane Claiborne to preach at our Word + Table worship service on Tuesday, March 3 at 8pm. He will be preaching on the topic of gun violence and his book Beating Swords. More info and RSVP can be found at tableuga.org/calendar/shane-claiborne. All are welcome!

Chamber Recital at UGA
Join us as we support two of our music scholars, Thomas Lamon and Alexis Boylan, who will be performing a chamber recital at Edge Concert Hall in the UGA Performing Arts Center.
